Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the SnapRevise online Shop (shop.snaprevise.co.uk). It operates alongside your statutory consumer rights.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change of mind (physical products)

If you change your mind, please contact us and we will advise whether a return is possible based on the product type and condition. Returned items must be unused and in original condition/packaging. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty.

SnapRevise Plus (digital access)

SnapRevise Plus is a digital access product. If you cancel within 7 days of purchase, we will provide a refund. After 7 days, SnapRevise Plus purchases are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Predicted Papers (digital files)

Predicted Papers are digital products. Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for digital products once access has been provided, other than the SnapRevise Plus 7-day cancellation right described above.

How to request a refund

Refunds and returns can be facilitated through our customer service centre. The contact details can be found on our contact page. You must not attempt to return any items before having so communicated with us. Before we accept a return on a purchase, we will ask you to post the item to us, at your own expense, so we can assess it for damage before processing your refund.
