Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please read the information below for estimated timelines, shipping costs, and international delivery notes.
Processing and dispatch
- All orders are processed and packed in the UK by our warehouse facility.
- If the items are in stock in our warehouse, dispatch generally occurs on the next business day after your order is placed.
- Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
UK delivery
- We charge a flat fee of £5.95 per order for standard postage and handling on UK orders.
- We mainly use Royal Mail to ship UK orders, but we may also use other mail services or couriers.
- UK orders typically arrive within 48–72 hours of dispatch. This is an estimate only and not a guarantee.
- Whilst we make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, please allow 7–10 business days from the date of your order before contacting us regarding delivery.
International delivery
- We offer international shipping. The cost is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Where possible, we will pre-pay duties and any last-mile handling charges.
- In some instances, we may not be able to pre-pay these charges. If so, your local postal service and/or customs authority may charge you an additional fee and/or require you to pay import duties or taxes before delivery.
