1. About us

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to purchases made through the SnapRevise online Shop (shop.snaprevise.co.uk) and any related checkout, fulfilment, and digital-access services. The Shop is operated by Miralo Education Group Ltd ("SnapRevise", "we", "us", "our").

2. Products covered by these Terms

These Terms cover the following products and services sold through the Shop:

  • Printed books and other physical products ("Physical Products")
  • SnapRevise + (digital access / subscription) ("SnapRevise Plus")
  • SnapRevise Predicted (also referred to as “Predicated”) Papers and any associated digital files ("Predicted Papers")

3. Educational content disclaimer (no warranties)

SnapRevise materials are provided for study and revision support only. While we take care to prepare our content, we do not guarantee that any content is complete, accurate, or up to date, and we provide no warranties (express or implied) as to the correctness of any information or the suitability of any materials for any particular purpose.

Students should always verify key information with their school and official examination board materials. Our materials do not replace attendance at school, tuition, or teacher guidance.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it is necessary (for example, suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock issues).

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change from time to time. Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout.

5. Delivery for Physical Products

Delivery times and methods are set out in our Shipping Policy (shop.snaprevise.co.uk/policies/shipping-policy). Title and risk in Physical Products pass to you on delivery.

6. SnapRevise Plus (digital access)

SnapRevise Plus provides time-limited digital access to SnapRevise online resources. Access is granted to the account used at purchase and is for individual use only unless explicitly purchased under a school arrangement.

You must not:

  • share your login details or allow anyone else to access your SnapRevise Plus account
  • copy, reproduce, scrape, download, capture or redistribute content (including by screenshots) except to the extent permitted by law
  • upload materials to learning platforms, websites, tutoring services, forums, or social media

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, sharing, or breach of these Terms.

7. Predicted Papers – licences and permitted use

Predicted Papers are licensed, not sold. All Predicted Papers remain the intellectual property of SnapRevise.

7.1 Individual licence

Predicted Papers purchased by an individual are provided for individual student use only. They may not be copied, scanned, uploaded, shared, or distributed in any form (print or digital) without SnapRevise’s prior written consent.

They are intended solely for personal study and revision and must not be reproduced or used for classroom delivery, shared with others, uploaded to learning platforms, or distributed through tutoring services or websites.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7.2 School licence

License Duration: Schools may use Predicted Papers for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the 12-month period, the Predicted Papers must not be retained, distributed, or used (including for practice, internal reference, or to create other materials).

Permitted Use: Predicted Papers may be photocopied or placed on the school intranet and used only within the purchasing school for examining that school’s students during the 12-month licence period.

Restrictions: Schools must not modify, adapt, re-brand, or make any changes to the files. Predicted Papers must not be distributed beyond the purchasing school. No Predicted Paper (or any part) may be issued or passed to any third party (including other schools, tutors, coaching colleges, parents, students, publishers, or websites) without SnapRevise’s express written consent.

Renewal: Continued use after the initial 12-month licence requires repurchase to renew access for a further 12 months.

Copyright remains with SnapRevise throughout the licence period.

8. Intellectual property

All content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property in the products and services are owned by or licensed to SnapRevise. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you must not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any SnapRevise materials.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Our Refund Policy is available at shop.snaprevise.co.uk/policies/refund-policy and forms part of these Terms.

SnapRevise Plus: We provide a refund if you cancel within 7 days of purchase (subject to any mandatory consumer rights). After 7 days, SnapRevise Plus payments are non-refundable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapRevise is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with your use of the Shop or any products or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
